Blueberry Cinnamon Pecan Smoothie
Serves 2, Time: 10 minutes
This smoothie is like a salad, tastes like a dessert.
A total fan favorite. I hope you enjoy.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend to desired consistency.
- Add more water or ice to get it to your desired thickness.
*Frozen bananas add a lot of creaminess to smoothies. I buy 2 bushels of bananas at a time, let them get really ripe.
Then I peel them, break in half, and store in a gallon bag in the freezer. They will never go bad in there.
2 handfuls spinach or kale
2 bananas, frozen
1.5 cups frozen blueberries
1⁄2 cup raw pecans
1 T cinnamon
2 heaping T coconut fat
2 cups coconut water, almond milk, or water
1 T chia *optional, but preferred
1 T flax *optional, but preferred
